How long does it take set up my profile

After you purchase your subscription and complete your profile form, we will set up you profile as quickly as possible. We try to have profiles setup within 24 hours. You will be emailed you login information when your profile is completed.

Can I change my program?

Yes you may change your program. Please contact us for assistance if you need it. Just cancel you old one and purchase a new one.

Can I purchase a meal plan that is not part of my program?

Yes. You may purchase a meal plan that s not part of your program. Just purchase the individual meal plan and select whether you want the meal plan emailed to you or added to your profile. If you add the meal plan to your profile, it will replace you current meal plan, as only one plan can be active at a time.

Can I change my meal plan?

Yes, you can change your meal plan. Certain programs allow you to change your meal plan once per month free of charge. Additional changes may incur a small fee. Meal plans may be interchanged with your program allotment. Remember, you can also use the food exchange lists to customize a meal plan to liking, as well. This is a greta way to add variety to a standard plan.

How do I cancel my program?

You can cancel your program at any time. Just go to your account and cancel your subscription. We will cancel your subscription at the end of your program month. Please remember that if you you choose to start up again, you will have to start over with a new profile setup.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments, whether virtual or in-office, are handled through the main website at www.livingnaturallyforlife.com. Just click on the schedule appointment link.
